Refund policy

All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind. 

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund: 

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Please include clear photo evidence of the issue
• The item must be unused and in its original condition

Once your claim is reviewed, we will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
